Flexibility is key, as long as you stay within the prescribed parameters. Upon signing up, I'll inquire about any foods you dislike to ensure they're not included in your plan. Each month, a new plan is created to reflect changes in your body's needs and to offer variety for your mental well-being.
I adopt a neutral view towards all foods; indulgences like chocolate are incorporated in moderation, recognizing the importance of a manageable lifestyle change.

Rest assured, all client information is kept confidential, and our discussions are aimed solely at optimizing your program's effectiveness. Our weekly check-in sheets allow for consistent monitoring of your progress. Over time, I'll compile this data into a graph to visually represent your journey, offering insights and adjustments as needed.
